How To Order

You do not need an account to place an order on this site but those holding accounts will be able to use invoicing details held etc as defaults rather than entering them each time. You will also receive automatic discounts on your orders. Any discount and free carriage are applied once the order is packed.

Orders for Mainland UK delivery are charged at £6.50 unless your order exceeds £150 excl VAT when it is delivered free of charge. For UK Offshore, Northern Ireland and Ireland, orders below £150 excl VAT are charged at £15.50 and £9.00 for orders over £150.00 excl VAT. For Overseas orders, we will contact you after getting the cheapest price available which is past on at cost.

Orders over the value of £200 excl VAT will receive a 10% discount (This is not available to non account holders)

We will not ask for payment until the order has been packed so that any adjustments can be made. For Overseas and Offshore UK orders we will contact you regarding delivery charges. We will phone a number of carriers to get the cheapest price which will be past onto the customer at cost.

Delivery of orders normally takes 24 to 48 hrs as does order processing.

About the way we pack our goods

Most of our lines are packed in 12s. Although a number of the higher value items are packed in 3s, 4s or 6s. This is indicated in the description of the product

VAT

We will need to charge you VAT at the prevailing rate if you are trading in UK.

If you are in the EC and are registered for VAT in your country, we do not charge you VAT provided you can supply us with your registration number.

If you are in the EC but not registered for VAT, we will need to charge you VAT at the UK rate.
If you are outside the EC we do not charge VAT.
