To apply for an account us the tab at the bottom of the page. Although you do not need a web account to place an order on this site, by applying for a web account alot of the mundane entering of invoice address etc will be automatically filled in. You will also be able to save your order so that you may come back to it at a later date. By having an account you will also be eligible for automatic discounts on larger orders.

To set up an account we need your Email address, Telephone No. and Invoice Address. (please enter these in the 'Comments / Invoice Address' part of the application form) If you place an order without an account we can use that information to create your account at a later stage.

During office hours (0830 - 1730 Mon - Fri) you should receive your login name and password by email within the hour.

Outside office hours you will receive it early on the next working day.

Order Details

Orders for Mainland UK delivery are charged at £6.50 unless your order exceeds £150 excl VAT when it is delivered free of charge. For UK Offshore, Northern Ireland and Ireland, orders below £150 excl VAT are charged at £15.50 and £9.00 for orders over £150.00 excl VAT. For Overseas orders, we will contact you after getting the cheapest price available which is past on at cost.

Orders over £200 excl VAT will receive a 10% discount (This is not available to non account holders)

We will not ask for payment until the order has been packed so that any adjustments can be made. We will give you a call once the order is ready for despatch or if requested we will send you a PayPal invoice to your email address. For Overseas orders we will contact you regarding delivery charges. We will phone a number of carriers to get the cheapest price which will be past onto the customer at cost.

Delivery normally takes from 24 to 48 hrs as does order processing.
